JLB Ranch is a pristine, 50,000 acres of Kansas Flint Hills, commercial beef cattle operation.

The operation is owned by native Texan Jim Bosler and family. Jim recently retired from a successful career in real estate development across the U.S. Jim and his wife divide their time between the JLB Ranch headquarters and Denver, Colorado.

As a real estate developer, the wide-open expansiveness of the Flint Hills was intriguing to Bosler as well as the history of the area as a near perfect environment for the development of a diversified beef cattle operation. Bosler made the initial purchase in 2011 and spent the next decade acquiring additional sections.

A keystone to every successful ranching operation is rock-solid management. Lifelong cattleman, Jason Dierks, his wife, Mickey, and sons Luke and Sage are the core of the JLB Ranch management team. Jason and his team are responsible for all day-to-day operations on the JLB Ranch.
